A dogged and determined result where in truth the visitors deserved more.Despite the 1st half being pretty even, it was the Greens who had the best chance as a good strike from outside the area brought out a good save from Mills down to his left. Wallington kept the ball moving and their workrate was high so it looked like they might be a bigger test in the 2nd half, and so this proved as they kept pushing and pushing but unable to breakdown our defence. Mills made a number of outstanding saves to keep us in it and there was also a block on the line followed up by Fullen heading it off the line. And then the sucker punch. We forced a corner against the run of play and it was met by Tom Young to volley home. This understandably knocked the wind out of their sails as the game opened up, and Stephen Hall was denied our 2nd right at the end.
