Last game of the season and we took on Jarrow jaguars, an unbeaten team all season. The kids showed a fantastic version of themselves and went toe to toe with them and were only just fell short in the end, I think we had the most opportunities and were a lot more positive in our approach. So well done to all the kids.

Enough of today’s game, the cup run has been a tough one and we haven’t always put in the performance we know we can but we’ve always bounced back and put it right in the next game. All in the kids have grown so much individually and as a team over the course of the last 12 month both in the league and the cup and there’s been a lot more positives than negatives along the way.

Lastly as we all know this was Charlie’s and Jacob’s last game with us. Massive thankyou to Charlie for everything since she started on the touchline. And well done and good luck going forward to Jacob. No doubt we’ll see you both very soon (as we’re training one after another)
