Cracking effort from the lads today, the oppositions high line suited the long pitch but we did well to get numbers back when they had possession. I think we were unlucky on the second dial from them, it came from a scissor tackle from oppo on Collins and then he couldn’t get out and the foul was given their way, either way it’s still a win.

Jack S - another brilliant performance in goal, made a couple of critical saves at 1-0 up which might of changed the way the game went if not.

Joe C - solid at the back and dangerous going forward, not a lot got past him.

Lewis - did well at the back stopped a couple of brake away’s and every ball went forward today.

Jack G - another strong performance both lb and lw. Was unfortunate with a couple not to get a goal today.

Joseph B - solid in the middle and controlled the tempo of the game, link up play was again great.

Theo - unbelievable today, hold up play and putting balls into the box were 10/10 and he also got a goal for his efforts!

Mikey - solid on the wing and at the back, really strong and used this to fend the opposition off today.

Chester - opened the scoring today with a great strike early on, had a couple more denied but he worked for the team today.

Tommy - the most unlucky person on the pitch today, did everything right, pressed every ball including lost causes but it just wouldn’t his the back of the net for him.

Joe A - today’s MOTM a constant threat going forward, won practically every 50/50, and never stopped the full game. Got his goal courtesy of a defender getting a touch from a corner.

Well done all today, they had some tricky players for different reasons but we gels them off well. Onto next week to get our own back against Hebburn
