Our Ladies recreational section was formed through our Just Play sessions hosted every Friday evening from 7-8pm on our 3G pitch. The aim of these sessions were to get players back into the game after long periods of time out as well as for complete beginners who want to have a go at the popular sport but maybe have never had the confidence to do so. We have a great, friendly bunch of ladies who are absolutely loving playing and learning football. The sessions were such a hit that we have now got two recreational teams which compete once a month in a league based at Downhill hub ran by Durham FA.
